Warcouncil is a browser extension that advises you while you play Travian: Legends. This policy explains what it reads, what it stores, and the one thing it sends over the internet. Warcouncil is provided by Graphtsy, Ouled Ibrahim 15, Ouled Idir, 41217, Morocco ("we", "us").
- Your game data stays in your browser. We never receive it.
- Only your license key is checked. It goes to Lemon Squeezy, our payment and licensing provider.
- No analytics, ads or tracking. We never sell data.
What Warcouncil reads and stores on your device
When you open Travian: Legends pages, Warcouncil reads what those pages show: village names and coordinates, resources, fields, buildings, the build queue, troops, incoming movements, and the map tiles the game loads. It uses this to suggest your next build, troops, research, and croplands or oases.
This data is stored in your browser's extension storage (chrome.storage.local) and is never sent to us or to anyone else.
Actions you start with a click (for example "Upgrade" or "Train") run in your own game tab by pressing the game's own button once. A map Scan, which you start yourself, asks the game's own server for map tiles around your village. These requests go only to the Travian server you are playing on, the same as when you browse the map.
Desktop notifications about build queues, storage and attacks are created locally from the same data. Nothing is sent to a server for them.
License check: the only data that leaves your device

Payments
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is described in its privacy policy.
We receive the order details you would expect a seller to have: name, email, country, order and subscription status. We use them to send you your key, provide support, and meet tax and accounting obligations.
How long data is kept
- In your browser: until you remove the extension, which deletes everything it stored. Deactivating your key removes the license details from that browser.
- Order data: for as long as your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights and choices
- Free a browser seat: press "Deactivate on this browser" on the extension's License page.
- Delete local data: remove the extension from your browser.
- Your order data: you can ask us to access, correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to the address below. Lemon Squeezy also handles requests directly for the data it holds.
- Complaints: you may complain to the data protection authority where you live. In Morocco this is the CNDP. In the EU it is your national supervisory authority.
Children
Warcouncil is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. For material changes, we will also announce them in the extension's release notes.
